This is Maisarah Hossain, I started my journey in IGAC last year as a new member unfamiliar of everything, but by the immense support of my peers and the core panel, I have came this far to serve as a supervisor. I see leadership as a responsibility to guide, support, and uphold the standards that define our organization. I believe in balancing discipline with understanding, ensuring that every member feels valued while remaining accountable to our shared goals.
